Monument Construction & Developer Pvt Ltd — formerly known as Srabani Constructions, in existence since 2017 — is the structural backbone of Monument Group, led by Managing Director Mr. Rabi Nayak. We maintain an in-house construction team with our own equipment and machinery, undertaking self-owned residential developments as well as contractual works for public authorities and institutions.
Our motto is simple: quality, timely delivery of works, and client satisfaction — the standard every project is measured against, from a duplex handover to a government contract.

Substation and utility infrastructure, including gas pipeline substation work executed for GAIL (India).

Plinth and road-crown levels set against Highest Flood Level data, with fire safety norms applied per Government of India standards.

Product selection and standards compliance given top priority pre- and post-execution, with quality control applied at every stage of procurement.
